Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 14 days of the original invoice date. For returns please first contact our Customer Service Department. Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. Airjordanclub.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The cost of returning the product to the dispatch centre is the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving your item refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
Purchasing, Shipping, and Ordering Questions
All orders will leave our dispatch centre within 48 hours. (Excluding weekends and major holidays)
Unlike other sellers we do not profit from shipping, all of our shoes prices include free shipping. Except in the case of the item being returned to the sender, if items require to be re-sent the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will mark the item value at a lower amount and ship it as a gift to avoid custom duties. However, we have no control over actions taken by any customs department.
Currently we accept payment via Visa/Master Credit Card and Western Union.

If you would like to purchase something for someone else you can pay the amount first and allow them to choose when they are ready.
If you haven't received your package within the stated time period please first check the progress of your order using your tracking number. This will allow you to know where your order is and how to proceed accordingly.
Unfortunately we only accept upfront payments.
If you have made a mistake on your order please email us immediately. The email must be received within 2 hours of ordering in order for us to correct the mistake.
Unfortunately for retail sales we do not accept custom orders, however if you are after wholesale we are happy to accommodate custom orders where possible.
We use standard US sizes, so please check your size correctly before ordering, unfortunately we can not be held responsible for customer errors.
Our kicks are shipped directly from the factory outside the United States.

Sorry, we do not accept checks/cheques.
In the case of this, we will resend the product but unfortunately we must charge a 20% service cost to cover the shipping fees. This is also the case if the address provided was not correct.
